You can use expressions with "That's..." to react to news.

That's... digunakan sebagai reaksi terhadap suatu berita yang didengar dari lawan bicara.

Contoh:

In conversation, the top expressions for good news are:
That's good / great / nice / interesting / cool / wonderful.
